Maybe it’s self-therapy. Maybe it’s me standing on my soapbox preaching to you again. I am not sure it matters why…..but please hear me out.
Another one of my best friends lost his father two weeks ago. I checked on him Friday to see if he was hanging in there. He responded “I am, but today I am feeling really low. I wanted to call my dad this morning on the way to work…like I used to do.” And then after lunch on Friday I read about a 5K race being dedicated to a lady that my wife knew who lost her battle with ovarian cancer last weekend. She leaves behind a husband and two children. She was young and dedicated marathon runner…..a health and nutrition expert.

Time is really the only capital that any human being has, and the only thing he can’t afford to lose. ~Thomas Edison
Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money, but you cannot get more time. ~Jim Rohn
